About LCCL

A Decade of Corporate Cricket in Lucknow

How a weekend experiment in 2014 grew to a 14-team peak, weathered the pandemic years, and came back twelve teams strong.

Our Story

Built by Lucknow's Professionals

The Lucknow Corporate Cricket League was born out of a simple idea: bring the city’s corporate workforce together through cricket. The first season had four teams, a rented ground, and enough passion to fill a stadium.

What followed was ten seasons of growth, setback and recovery. Teams multiplied from 4 to a 14-team peak by Season 4. The pandemic cut the field to five. Season 10 brought it back to twelve. Venues upgraded. Qualified umpires replaced friendly volunteers. Live CricHeroes scoring replaced scorebooks.

Every player, every sponsor, every match is part of a league that the city’s professionals have built together. LCCL isn’t a one-off event. It’s an institution.
