This site sets almost nothing. There is no advertising network here, no social pixel, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
- Nothing that identifies you is stored until you press Accept on the cookie banner.
- If you decline, the only thing kept is a record that you declined, so we stop asking.
- Every page works exactly the same either way. Nothing is withheld from you for saying no.
- Change your answer whenever you like through Cookie settings in the footer.
One, and it exists only to honour your choice about the others.
- lccl_consent — records whether you accepted or declined analytics. Stored in your browser for six months. Set as soon as you answer the banner, whichever way you answer.
- WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to administer the site. That applies to us, not to visitors.
Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages people read and which buttons they press. It loads only after you accept, and not one moment before.
- _ga — distinguishes one visitor from another using a random identifier. Set by Google. Expires after two years.
- _ga_PLF4DX3DVD — keeps the state of your current session. Set by Google. Expires after two years.
- These tell us that someone read the Season 11 page and clicked Register Your Team. They do not tell us who you are, and we never try to find out.
- Google Signals and advertising personalisation are switched off on this property, so this data is not fed into ad targeting.
- Google keeps it for 14 months from your last visit and then deletes it.
Some parts of the site are embedded from elsewhere. What those services store is governed by their policies, not ours.
- Google Forms and Google Drive: the registration and enquiry forms, and your team's squad sheet and folder, are Google's pages and may use Google account cookies. That is Google's processing, under Google's privacy policy.
- YouTube: videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which sets no tracking cookies until you press play.
- Following a link to CricHeroes, Instagram, WhatsApp or a sponsor site takes you onto their site and into their cookies.
Three ways, in order of how easy they are.
- Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Choosing Decline stops analytics immediately and removes the analytics cookies.
- Clear cookies for lccl.in in your browser settings. This also clears your recorded choice, so the banner will ask again.
- Install Google's official browser opt-out add-on, which blocks Analytics across every site you visit.
